Continued from front Copthorne Nursery’s New Cabin Copthorne Nursery, a satellite project for Romsey and Waterside day services has a new eating/ teaching area ‘ e Cabin’ which was very favourably received by visitors to the June Open Sunday as they enjoyed tea, co ee and home-made cakes. e original cabin, which was built from recycled materials many years ago nally collapsed in September 2018. Fortunately one of the volunteers who is an accomplished builder very kindly donated his time and expertise to construct the new timber cabin complete with steps, deck and wheelchair accessibility. He had some help with this by the service providers. is invaluable building will now serve as classroom, rest room, open-day tea room, dining room and occasional nursing station. e next Open Sunday will be on Sunday 28th July .
