It was a glorious hot sunny day and a good time was had by all. There was music from the Hythe Ukulele Group who raised money for their chosen charity, the residents and staff choir also entertained. Sargents Butchers organised and produced the catering. The cake was a model of Badgers Holt and made by their head chef Jean Zacharides. Visitors included pupils from Oak Lodge school who led some singing with the residents. The cake was cut by the proprietor Theresa Rayner with The Registered Manager Diane Younger.
