We can also collect your own grab bags Lisa’s Head Shave Fundraiser By Ruth Rankin – Editor Last month Lisa Steele was having her head shaved for charity at the Travellers Rest pub in Hythe. is was in memory of her partner, Mark Francis, who sadly passed away last year. Mark was a local man and last year he joined subsequent lockdown, Lisa completed the head shave alone at home while simultaneously broadcasting on Facebook liv. Lisa has been raising money for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance. To date, the amount raised is an amazing £3,150. All donations received will make an incredible impact. Lisa would like to thank all of her family, friends and people of the Waterside for their love, support and donations. the Poppy ladies in Hythe, where Lisa is a member, placing the poppies along the promenade.
