A mission to push himself physically and mentally for 12 months to raise as much money and awareness as possible for Cancer Research UK. Back in Early 2020, Tim was diagnosed with Skin Cancer. With true military grit and determination, Tim decided he would push himself, challenge a er challenge for a whole 12 months by way of saying thank you to all those that have cared for him during his illness. It’s not enough that he’s decided to run and cycle 874 miles (which is the distance from Lands End to John O’Groats) but Tim decided to add on the return leg of the journey… once just wasn’t su cient! As if he doesn’t have enough to do Tim and two of his close friends, Sam Montague & Billy Naituku, will be running the Southampton Marathon on the 5th September in full military kit, whist carrying 15kg.
