Saturday 30th October saw thousands of people take to the haunting streets of Hythe, for the annual ‘Halloween Treat Trail’, organised by the community group ‘Hythe Alive’, headed up by Pippa from Harveys and Steph at Jane Bidwell Flowers. All in aid of Hythe’s Christmas Lights fund. Chantelle’s School of Dancing kicked off the Halloween Treat Trail once again this year Shops and retailers pulled out all the stops and produced a fabulous show of spooky sights, sounds and of course sweets! e children (and their grown-ups) certainly didn’t disappoint with some truly eerie fancy dress costumes. Crowds gathered as Chantelle’s School of Dancing kicked o the a ernoon with some wonderful routines to get all the mini- monsters in the mood along with Dancewise students who put creepy spooktacular show for all to enjoy. ank you to all the organisers, shop and business owners that took part, volunteers that helped out on the day and of course the children, big and small, that brought the event to life. ey sold out of all 1,000 bags raising funds for the Hythe Christmas Lights.
