Music at Beaulieu Music at Beaulieu’s concert on Saturday 11th March will be given by the Lymington Choral Society led by its musical director Philip Daish-Handy. e choir (which is o en 70 strong) will be accompanied by the well-known local orchestra, the Nova Foresta Classical Players. eir programme is titled ‘Bach and Beyond’ and will feature well-known works by Parry, Handel, Mozart and Rutter. e concert will also include items by Fauré, Gardiner and Brewer. Looking ahead, on 29th April an ensemble from e London Handel Players will be visiting them. ey are specialists in chamber music of the Baroque period and perform regularly at Handel’s church, St. George’s, Hanover Square. Music at Beaulieu concerts are held at Beaulieu Abbey Church and start at 7pm. Doors will open at 6.30pm.
