If it’s too low, then you may never achieve a great deal in life, but on the other hand, you’re unlikely to ever fail. However, if you set your standards or goals unrealistically high, then failure and disillusionment are likely to become common experiences. If you are a perfectionist, paying attention to the little things that are not exactly right will occupy your mind, leaving you feeling unhappy and dissatis ed with life. is will lead to losing con dence, self-esteem, and delaying doing anything because you worry it will never be good enough, whilst criticising the e orts of others. Hypnotherapy can help you see the bigger picture, identify the good points, and learn to accept life’s imperfections so that you can lead a happier life.
