Waterside Network Group member Georgie Rand, of Yoga with Georgie, o ers Tuesday Candlelight Yoga to help you to reduce your stress levels by relaxing you before bedtime. Starting at 7.45pm, Tuesday Candlelight Yoga is Yoga with Georgie’s longest-running class, and she would love to see you there. Beginners are always welcome. All Yoga with Georgie classes and halfday retreats are held in the spacious Dibden Purlieu Community Hall (formerly known as the W.I. Hall). Classes are in-person, inclusive, slow and mindful, o ering support for your mind and body - including improving sleep, digestion, back and joint health. Georgie is particularly passionate about helping women thrive during perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause. She also specialises in helping with symptoms of anxiety, low mood and neurodiversity such as Autism (ASC) and ADHD. Georgie has been teaching for 20 years and, a er extensive training in the USA, has been providing yoga classes, retreats, workshops and private coaching for over 15 years. they have helped thousands of local people with their legal needs. e Waring Partnership specialises in three areas: Conveyancing, Family Law, and Wills and Probate. Property partner Andrea Waring has remained busy over the past eighteen months notwithstanding the challenges to the property market caused by rising interest rates and the cost of living crisis.
