Rehabilitation Walking Football THE EASY WAY TO BREAK A HABIT by Alan Jones, Registered Hypnotherapist You know you want to change something and you know all the reasons why, but then you always decide to delay doing it. Sound familiar? You are not alone! e problem with a habit is that it started as an easy solution to cope with difficult or uncomfortable situations. Over time and with constant repetition you taught yourself to rely on the habit so that now it just seems simpler to carry on in the same old ways rather than let go of the unwanted behaviour. e good news is that because habits are learned, they can also be unlearned. Using hypnotherapy you can accept and make changes without even thinking about it. If your habit has become a problem and you really want to let it go then call me on 07786 376980 or email: alan@ alanjoneshypnotherapy. com and discover how di erent life can be.
