Although based in Lymington, Oakhaven’s team of specialist nurses care for many patients in their homes throughout the Waterside, Totton and New Forest communities - caring for over 350 patients at any time, supporting thousands of local people each year. In addition to patient referrals, Oakhaven Wellbeing provides specialist support to everyone in our community who is navigating a life-limiting condition, caring for a loved one or experiencing a loss. e Coates Centre o ers many groups and activities, including respite days for carers, social drop-ins and bereavement support. For those who are bereaved, Christmas is a time when the sense of loss can intensify, whether that loss is recent or an absence that is still keenly felt a er 20 years. Oakhaven’s Light up a Life events provide an opportunity to remember and re ect, where your loved one’s light will burn bright as you cherish their memory.
