Running on the 3rd, 5th, 10th and 12th December, Jane and her team of expert orists, are o ering two hour evening workshops; in the shop in Hythe. e workshops are priced at £50 per person and include the materials, festive refreshments and guidance from their friendly team. At the end of the workshop you get to keep your wreath ready to adorn your door with festive cheer. Don’t worry, if you don’t fancy making your own wreath this year, Jane Bidwell Flowers will also have an array of fresh and arti cial wreaths and arrangements for your Christmas table available in the shop. Plus their fabulous giant Christmas tree will be adorned with beautiful decorations for sale as well as other lovely novelties for your home or garden. Run in partnership with Hythe Alive this year, they have been working hard to ll the day with a Christmas Market and the I AM Mistletoe Fayre Market local artisans market for those looking to do a bit of Christmas shopping on top of all the fabulous shops in Hythe. To keep you entertained there will be live entertainment throughout the day and the Waterside Christmas Fire Engine will be parked up in the village spreading Christmas cheer! For the foodies there will be street food and mulled cider! Plus a very special visitor from the North Pole will be arriving ready to take his seat in the Grotto in Hythe Library! e Waterside Cancer Support Centre will once again have a memory tree in the village for you to add the name of a loved one you would like to remember this Christmas. It will be FREE PARKING in Hythe for the Mistletoe Fayre! Carols on the Marina Hythe Marina Association (HMA) is hosting ‘Carols on the Marina’ on Friday 13th December, commencing at 6.30pm for approximately one hour. ey will be joined in the Marina village centre by the New Forest Brass Band and school children from both Hythe Primary School and Applemore College choirs. Father Christmas and his Elf will also make an appearance during the event. HMA look forward to seeing you all on the night, it’s outside so wrap up warm and enjoy the festive songs and carols. ere will be donation buckets collecting funds to be gi ed to both school music departments.
