Whether it’s procrastination, selfdoubt, unhealthy habits, or fears that hold us back, many of us fall into familiar patterns, despite our best intentions for change. But what if the key to breaking this cycle lies in understanding the deeper unconscious patterns that drive our actions? Our unconscious mind is incredibly powerful, influencing around 97% of our daily thoughts, decisions, and behaviours. Much of this is shaped by patterns formed over time, o en from childhood or past experiences. These unconscious patterns can either support us or keep us stuck, o en without us even realising it. When we try to make changes but seemingly fail, it’s usually because we’re trying to change things with our conscious mind while the unconscious is still holding on to old programming. These deep-rooted patterns, like beliefs about not being good enough, fears of failure, or self-sabotaging behaviours, can prevent us from moving forward. However, the good news is that we can break the cycle by reprogramming these unconscious patterns, aligning them with the goals and life we truly desire. How to Reprogramme Your Unconscious Mind for a Breakthrough Year! 1. Awareness is the First Step: e rst step to breaking the cycle is recognising the patterns that keep you stuck. Take a moment to re ect on the past year; what goals did you set that didn’t quite work out? What habits or behaviours do you nd yourself returning to time and again? 2. Shift Limiting Beliefs: A lot of the mistakes we repeat come from limiting beliefs such as “I’m not worthy,” “I’m not capable,” or “I don’t deserve success.” ese beliefs are o en shaped by past experiences. To break the cycle, it’s important to question and transform these beliefs. Try asking yourself: “Is this belief really mine? Is it helping me?” en, replace these beliefs with empowering A ormations that re ect the person you want to become. 3. Use Visualisation and Hypnotherapy: One of the most e ective ways to reprogramme the unconscious is through visualisation and hypnotherapy. When you visualise, yourself achieving your goals, your brain begins to form new neural pathways that align with your vision. Hypnotherapy can also help you access your unconscious mind to remove blocks and install positive suggestions. Working with a coach or hypnotherapist can be especially helpful in creating lasting change. ere are 5 more ways to break the cycle which can support the new you for 2025!!
