Over 70 dancers joined in the fun to the foot tapping music of the Woodsiders with their motivational caller keeping the pace going. e dance was organised by New Forest Rotary and highlighted the work of two local charities, Olivia Inspires and Heartbeat. Local Brockenhurst activity groups including the Pickleball players and the over 50’s exercise group were joined by younger enthusiasts from Totton and Lymington who had searched out the activity on the internet. Representatives from both local charities were there to publicise their work and fundraising activities, and there was an invitation to become a Friend of New Forest Rotary. Special thanks were given to local Brockenhurst businesses, Streets, Pot Pourri and e Huntsman for their support. A fun night for all with the dance oor full from the start to the last dance, apart from the sh and chips supper break. A really good fun night for young and young at heart, full of wellbeing and enjoyed by all and New Forest Rotary made a donation of £600 to both charities.
