Foliage was added to the two placements including dracena, fatshedera, arum italicum picton marmoratum and pittisporum. Green carnations, orange spiky jatropha and yellow craspedia completed the design. A tall pale green metal candle holder with a pale green airy circular wall hanging attached was used for this design. Ivy, pink antirrhinums, beautiful bright blue delphiniums and mauve clematis were inserted into both placements. A very pretty and dainty design. e third design featured a large brown pottery urn. A green collar of foliage had been arranged. Red cornus and some grass provided the outline before adding unusual pretty pale pink spiky gerberas and some cream hypericum berries. A tall metal jug was used for this design and no foam was used. White ranunculas, pink antirrhinums, mauve spray roses and double mauve hellebores were used together with a stem of dried material and a second placement completed this very pretty design. e last design featured a large pearlised orange Carolyn Vanstone with her arrangements jug. Aucuba, dracena and hebe provided the outline. Carolyn demonstrated how to use a phormium leaf to make a version of bear grass which added interest to the design.
