LJFC is a small grassroots village club with a big heart, run by volunteers to provide top quality football training for children and adolescents. e Club are looking for sponsorship for their youth teams to help provide new kit and equipment for them ready for the 2025/26 season. All parents/guardians pay a signing-on fee for their children to participate in the youth football teams, which goes towards equipment, their winter training facility and league fees - just to name a few. Sadly it doesn’t cover everything and all youth football clubs rely on donations, fundraising and sponsorship to keep everything running. Football kit sponsorship is a big thing for youth teams. Kitting out an entire team costs a lot of money. Any business that sponsors a kit, will have their logo printed on the kit, advertising the business at every home and away xture. If your business is in a position to provide sponsorship for Lyndhurst Juniors Youth Football Club they’d love to hear from you. Lyndhurst Juniors U15 was a brand new team for the 2024/25 season; made up of 14-15 year old boys (no girls expressed an interest in the team). Training started well, but unfortunately numbers began to dwindle with the team almost folding, but thanks to a league restructure and the recruitment of additional players they managed to get a team together for their rst season. Despite su ering injuries, player availability and never having a full squad at any match, they’ve also had huge success and on Saturday 29th March they o cially won their division league! Next season, they’ll be promoted along with the team that nishes in second place. Sarah Coulson, U15 Team Manager comments: “This is a huge achievement for a brand new team. I am very proud of them, the whole of LJFC is very proud of them We have a mix of different abilities and/or experience in the U15 team. It works really well for our team. I believe in being inclusive, not exclusive. I’m a huge advocate for equal game time and fair opportunities for all players.” As part of Lyndhurst Football Club, the youth If you would like to nd out more about Lyndhurst Juniors Youth Football Club, with a view to your child joining please email: secretary.ljfc@hotmail.com players also have a direct pathway in to adult football.
