When Are You Going To Take Action? by Alan Jones, Registered Hypnotherapist I realised today that every 3 weeks, for the past twelve years, I have written a short item just like this one, on how to resolve a variety of personal issues like anxiety, phobia, weight management, and habits that a ect your happiness and daily life. Perhaps you read one of them, and it caused you to consider doing something to resolve your problem. However, if all you have done is think about taking a positive step forward, then chances are that nothing has changed. So, how about putting thought into action and discovering how easily and e ectively hypnotherapy can help you let go of whatever it is that bothers you. A er all, just thinking about your problem only makes it feel bigger when you could be free to enjoy yourself.
