Celebrating 10 Years by Georgie Rand of Yoga With Georgie We’re celebrating the 10 year anniversary of Yoga With Georgie being based at Dibden Purlieu Community Hall (WI Hall). We’ve been enjoying gentle yoga, chair yoga, relaxation retreats, and mindfulness on Lunedale Road for a decade! Plus, I’ve recently added qigong to the slow and mindful movement practices and relaxation techniques we enjoy together. I’ve been teaching yoga for over 17 years a er qualifying as a Registered Yoga Teacher and Massage erapist while spending two years studying at the largest yoga centre in the USA. I enjoy modifying both new and ancient practices, making them accessible, enjoyable and helping people to feel better.
