It was a very successful competition for Stuart who also took third place with “Solitude” and Seals of Merit for two other images. Second place was awarded to “Oak in the Morning Mist” by Terry Jamieson, who also had Seals of Merit for two other photographs. Another Seal was awarded to Roy Lambeth DPAGB, EFIAP. Music for a summer’s evening performed by Romsey Youth Chamber Choir, Romsey Youth Choir and Romsey Youth Children’s Choir. On Saturday 19th July Mendelssohn & Shostakovich - Southampton Concert Orchestra, 7.30pm. Join rising star violinist Rose Gosney and Southampton Concert Orchestra in a performance of Mendelssohn’s ever popular violin concerto and Shostakovich’s powerful 4th symphony conducted by Paul Ingram.
