Sound familiar? Most of us are the same, and that is because the problem with a habit or behaviour is that you have learned over time and constant repetition how to feel or react to certain situations, so although you may no longer want to experience it that way, it just seems easier to carry on in the same old ways. But because habits are learned, they can also be unlearned. Using special therapy techniques, you can accept and make big changes without even thinking about it. If you have a habit or problem that concerns you and you really want to let it go, then call me on: 07786 376980 or email: alan@alanjoneshypnotherapy.com and discover how di erent life can be.
