Created by the Building Society’s Customer Experience and Financial Crime Prevention teams, the clinics will cover everything from online banking and card fraud, to scam mail and APP fraud. Each session will be tailored for the attendees, covering any speci c concerns they may have in more detail. e appointments are available to the Society’s members as well as the general public and can be booked via telephone or in branches.
