Waterside Art Group is an informal gathering providing a welcoming and supportive place for anyone who likes to paint or draw. Its ethos is to be inclusive, open to anyone whether they’re new to art or an experienced artist, and it o ers a relaxed environment to enjoy painting and drawing without the pressure of following a lesson. ere will also be a demonstration evening (open to all) and a workshop (for members) this autumn. e Group meets on Tuesday evenings, 7pm-9pm, at Hythe and Dibden Community Centre in Brinton Lane, o Jones Lane, Hythe SO45 6DU. Membership of this friendly group costs just £65 a year, which gives members the chance to attend weekly meetings and to show and sell their artwork at the Group’s summer exhibition.
