Delivered by experienced instructors from Bounce Back Exercise and supported by funding from Parkinson’s UK, the new dance classes are designed to be a exible entry level way for people of working age to enjoy being active at their pace. No previous experience of dance or exercise is required and all abilities are welcome to join in, plus relatives and loved ones are also welcome to take part in the online classes. e classes are delivered by Steph Still, an experienced dance teacher, professional dancer and MSc in Clinical Exercise Science, who delivers a fun and friendly online workout for people with Parkinson’s.
