As Barratt sponsored the appeal in 2024 they were only too keen to support again in 2025 – so colleagues spent the run-up to Christmas collecting extra toys to help make the season a little brighter for families who may otherwise struggle during the holidays. Every gi was a generous donation from local people, dropping o everything from board games and books to cuddly toys and cra sets, at Barratt’s developments around Hampshire. All donations were then taken to the Toy Appeal HQ in Fratton, where Barratt teams volunteered their time to wrap up the toys chosen by parents and carers, to ensure children in need received presents to open on the big day. e Toy Appeal forms an important part of the housebuilder’s long-standing commitment to supporting local communities through charitable giving, fundraising and volunteering.
