Located across the Wessex region, our cancer support centres are community based in a non-clinical environment and we aim to personalise support to the needs of each individual. We o er counselling, complementary therapies, art and cra activities, peer support groups, exercise groups, courses, online talks, community choirs and more. In addition, you will be welcomed to our centres by our wonderful volunteers, many of whom have lived experience of cancer and have received comprehensive training. Our Waterside Cancer Support Centre in Hythe originally opened in October 2010, o ering a safe, welcoming and warm space for anyone a ected by cancer. We receive no statutory funding for our services so rely completely on fundraising activity, our retail shops and the generous donations from local supporters. We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge ‘thank you’ to all our supporters who have donated and helped us to continue to provide the essential services our community needs. Come and explore Waterside Cancer Support Centre - we are open Monday to ursday 10am-3pm. We are here for you. Perhaps not a question you ask yourself very o en, but if you don’t like who you are, how can you expect anyone else to? ere is no need to be arrogant or self-obsessed, constantly looking in the mirror to feel good about yourself, because when you know that you are good enough, others will recognise your self-belief and self-worth as qualities that make them feel valued too. Self-limiting beliefs create unhelpful emotions that can cause friction in a relationship and prevent you from socialising or achieving your goals. Hypnotherapy can help you get to the root cause of what holds you back from your full potential and stop you from feeling anxious, not good enough, or uncared for.
