It’s all part of a campaign aimed at people who are considering buying a new home and asks them ‘what if’ they could save thousands on the purchase. Incentives will be available on selected properties at participating Bellway developments in the county until Saturday 28th February. Buyers will be able to choose how to use the additional money, whether that’s adding to their deposit or spending it on other costs such as Stamp Duty. e participating developments in Hampshire are Bellway at Boorley Gardens in Botley and Long eld Place in Sher eld on Loddon.
