They offer Toenail cutting for £20 or Toe and Fingernails for £25. The registered Podiatrists and Chiropodists are also able to give foot care advice and information on other treatments available. Spaces Available At Age Concern New Forest’s Weekly Lunch Clubs Lunch Clubs are held every Monday at Bartley Village Hall and every Tuesday at Totton & Eling Community Centre. ey provide a two course hot meal for a cost of £8 and transport on the minibus, if needed, is £3. e Lunch Clubs are very friendly and meet for a cup of tea/co ee and a chat before lunch. Greenbuttercup Dementia Services run activity groups in Romsey for people living with Dementia and their carers. ese usually take place on a Friday morning from 10.30am–12.30pm in the Green Room at the Plaza eatre in Romsey and there is a charge of £4 per person. All sessions are open to people with any stage of Dementia, with activities being adapted wherever necessary/possible. On the first Friday of the month is a fun ‘Arts & Cra s’ session. No experience is necessary, they have a di erent cra each month. is can range from using clay, paints, paper, etc to a variety of recycled materials. On the third Friday of the month they hold reminiscence sessions with a di erent theme each month. ere could be a slide show, talk, games session, artefact handing, picture quiz etc. e fourth Friday of the month regular singer Traci brings her guitar for a fun sing-along with a variety of music types but particularly from the 60s/70s. In addition to the regular groups they have outings during the summer months, take part in local festivities and several times a year collaborate with other local groups for activities. e next sessions are: Friday 20th February for Entertainment from Malcolm ‘ e Music Man’, Friday 27th February for Singing with Traci, Friday 6th March for Arts & Cra s Friday 20th March for Reminiscence about jobs – including a chat with the Test Valley Mayor and Friday 27th March for Singing with Traci. Dementia Accessible Cycling Sessions With PEDALL PEDALL provides inclusive cycling opportunities to enable people who need support to enjoy cycling in and around the beautiful New Forest. Dementia Friendly Hampshire are supporting PEDALL sessions every Wednesday to enable anyone a ected by dementia to enjoy one of these amazing forest rides.
