A local advisor from Andover Mind is available for advice and support, to listen and answer questions; help to identify what information you need and how to nd it; provide tailored information to help live life to the full; help access the services you need, and support to plan for the future. Please check for date the next session takes place. Drop in sessions also now take place at Hythe Library on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 10am until 12noon. e next session takes place on Wednesday 20th November . It is a safe place to go and is a very happy and friendly group. Gary Marsh - Dementia Adviser is usually in attendance to answer any questions the group might have. Entertainment is also provided thanks to donations from the local community and there are usually between 30 to 60 people attending. e next meeting will be held on Wednesday 6th November for cra : making table decorations for Christmas. A very warm welcome awaits all carers and people living with Dementia. Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 2.30pm until 4.30pm at Cornerstone URC Church. Group sessions are held from 10.30am until 12noon on the second Saturday of alternate months at the Lyndhurst Community Centre. ere is no formal membership, simply a £3 fee. Guest speakers present at each meeting and there are plenty of opportunities to share your own or learn from other’s tinnitus experiences. Each meeting begins at 10.30 with a brief introduction from their committee followed by a guest speaker. Complimentary tea and co ee are served at 11.30am, providing an opportunity for a Q&A, and for you to meet the committee, other attendees and explore their library of resources. ey look forward to welcoming you to their upcoming session on Saturday 9th November .
