It can be used by anybody who needs to make a claim for Universal Credit and is available during the o ce opening hours of 10am until 2pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Citizens Advice sta will be on hand to provide help and advice if necessary. Before you apply for Universal Credit, you’ll need to gather some information together. is will help to make sure that you only have to do the application once and let you get Universal Credit as quickly as possible if you’re eligible.
