Why not join them for a family-friendly walk in the private woods of the Beaulieu Estate. is is a great opportunity for Club and Charity fundraisers to enjoy a walk or run and raise money through sponsorship too. If you fancy more of a challenge you can test yourself with a run over some of the routes, of varying distances from 3km to a challenging 8km. e entertaining 1.5km Treasure Trail continues to provide fun for children and adults alike; and there’s a repeat attraction this year – the very popular Creepy Crawly Bug Hunt. And there’s a wheelchair and pushchair friendly trail too. e tracks are similar to those encountered in the New Forest and family dogs are welcome to accompany walkers. All the trails start and nish at the Countryside Education Trust Tree House Study Centre, where complimentary refreshments are available at the nish for all participants. Registrations can be taken on the day but registering in advance is recommended as this provides an o cial sponsorship form for fundraisers. Individuals pay £5 to register and families and groups pay £10; all registration fees go to charity. Find out all about the Walk at their website: www. walkwithrotary.org.uk and to check if the event is still going ahead. ey are grateful to Lord Montagu, who has given them permission for the Charity Walk to be held in the private woods of the Beaulieu Estate, and to their partners for the Walk, the Countryside Education Trust.
