Following the success of night one’s launch in October, which saw the release of tickets for the world class line up of; e Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, Aled Jones and Laura Wright, Park Proms are delighted to share the news of an incredible line up for night 2. Park Proms are delighted to announce a world class, Premium night of pop at Broadlands Estate on Saturday 28th August. Saturday will see the incredible, popular British artists and groups take to the stage. e team at Park Proms are excited to launch this amazing line UK’s biggest festivals in 2019 summer. Scouting for Girls have been friends since they were just 5 years old. e successful 3 piece, Roy Stride, Pete Ellard and Greg Churchouse have enjoyed a fantastic career since launching to fame in 2007, their self-titled debut became triple platinum and gave birth to anthems such as ‘She’s so lovely’. ey have received nominations for four Brits, an Ivor Novello and played everywhere from sold out arena tours and countless festival stages. ey are a band that continues to grow, and have an impressive, loyal fan base that grows with them. eir 2019 tour was their childhood and the culture of the 80’s, creating an album of covers, including ‘Easy Cover’ a wonderful pun from the Phil Collins classic, alongside some incredible new tracks. Eliza and the Bear join the talented line up, and add beautiful, upbeat, indie folk music to the night. ey are named a er a book of poetry by Eleanor Rees, which inspired the band, Eliza and the Bear are a London-based quintet formed of James Kellegher, Callie Noakes, Martin Dukelow and Chris Brand. ey released their rst single, Upon the North, in 2013 with their debut album coming out in 2016. Following the release of single ‘Brothers Boat’ from their rst album in 2013, they were invited up for the weekend of entertainment. With Park Proms being THE premier event on the south coast, with a world class line up already con rmed for night one, everyone has been waiting with abated breath for the line-up of night two. James boasts a devoted fan base who are enamoured by the beauty of his unique voice as well as the honesty of his relatable song writing. It has birthed a devoted following which has resulted in two chart-topping albums, an astounding 7 million record sales and a BRIT Award. James has received quite the accolade, in earning the respect of his own heroes; Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen and Elton John have all invited Morrison to join them at their shows. Playing exclusively at Broadlands this summer James will be playing hits from all his albums with the ultimate summer show. Joining as special guest will be Pixie Lott. Pixie catapulted to worldwide fame in 2009 when she was signed to Universal Music and with the release of her debut album, Turn It Up. e album reached Multi- Platinum status on the strength of ve consecutive top 20 singles. Pixie has delivered 3 UK number-one singles, sold over four million tracks, embarked on numerous worldwide tours, sold 2 million albums worldwide and written songs for some of the world’s biggest. Pixie has also collaborated with legendary artists Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie and John Legend and she is a four-time BRIT Award nominee and the winner of two MTV European Music Awards. She is currently working between London and Los Angeles on her fourth studio album and has played some of the biggest yet.
