They meet on the second Wednesday of each month, starting at 10am for a 2 to 2½ hour walk. Hosted by Dr Lucy Boyland, the group takes place each month via Zoom on the 2nd Monday of the month from 9.30am until 10.30am. e next session takes place on Monday 14th June . Find support from each other, share experiences and learn skills in managing stress and di culties, as well as looking at ways to live life as well as possible.
