Modern day living sees us having more and more sedentary jobs and when we decide to exercise we might not have the correct alignment of our spine and shoulder blade therefore increasing the loading on the Rotator Cu muscles which can easily lead to injury of these small muscles. Rehabilitation of a Rotator Cu injury should include thoracic spine, scapular (shoulder blade) and shoulder mobilisation, as well as doing strengthening exercises for some of the larger muscles of your back. If you would like to talk to us about how we can help you we are always happy to book you in for a free consultation at Hythe Chiropractic Clinic on: 023 8020 7826 or Totton Chiropractic Clinic on: 023 8086 3612.
