Parking is available behind the theatre in the non-numbered spaces, and entry is by the side entrance via the ramp. On the first Friday of themonth , they will be holding a fun ‘Arts & Crafts’ session from 10.30am–12.30pm for anyone living with Dementia and their relative/ carer. No experience is necessary, and each month they have a di erent activity for you to try - with something suitable for all abilities. ere is a charge of £3 per person, which covers all art materials, instruction, and tea/co ee with biscuits. If you are unsure as to whether ‘Arts & Cra s’ is for you, why not go along and have a go – the first session is free . On the third Friday of the month , they will be holding a series of themed reminiscence sessions - again from 10.30am–12.30pm for anyone living with Dementia and their relative/carer. e monthly themed ‘Reminiscence Activity Group’ will incorporate sensory work where possible. ese sessions will be a mix of reminiscence, games and an activity or talk. ere will be something suitable for all abilities and stages of Dementia. ere will be a charge of £3 per person, which covers all activities, and tea/co ee with biscuits. e following sessions will be held in November & December: Friday 5th November ‘Arts & Crafts’ - ‘Pottery’ Why not go along and have some fun with clay? is session will be led by local potter Anton Page. Friday 19th November ‘Reminiscence Activity Group’ – ‘Fire & Fire Engines’ Bon re-themed games & reminiscence; will be followed by the chance to see some real re brigade artefacts with Antony Hurle, Director of HMFS Fire Engines, who is going to be opening a Fire Engine Museum in Romsey next Spring. Friday 3rd December ‘Christmas’ A mix of Ch r i s tma s - t h eme d games, activities, crafts and food – with something for everyone. Places are limited, so please contact Pamela to book a place or request further information, on: 01794 501605 or: Pamela@ shadow26.plus.com Open to vegans, vegetarians, and meat reducers aged 65 and over , the FREE club o ers attendees the chance to learn new dishes, get tips from an experienced vegan chef, and meet like-minded people from across the UK. The club takes places through Zoom video- conferencing on the fourth Tuesday of every month. Recipes are provided in advance, so you have plenty of time to get the ingredients. Cook that morning and then join Vegetarian for Life Chef Justina, along with attendees from across the UK, at 1pm. Recipes take a di erent theme each month so you’ll get to make and enjoy a wide variety of tasty dishes. The next club on Tuesday 23rd November - meat free pot luck dinner - individuals will cook their favourite meal and tell the group about it. • Tuesday 14th December - a vegan Christmas meal As always, there is no need to cook all of the recipes.
