Louis said “I love it”. Terry also took bronze with ‘Male Sympetrum’ (a small dragonfly) and Margaret Cooper’s photograph ‘Long-eared Owl’ took silver. Stephen Cooper was awarded a Seal of Merit for ‘Ringlet’ (a type of butterfly). Pete Robertson’s ‘Pairing’, an image of two variable oystercatchers, took gold in the projected image category. Louis said the image worked well and he liked the environment around the birds. Silver went to Roy Lambeth for ‘Blusher Fungi in Habitat’ and bronze went to Stephen Cooper for ‘Marbled White’ Roy was also awarded two Seals of Merit and further Seals were awarded to John Allen, Margaret Cooper and Christine Wenman.
