Consequently, the need to keep the cash ow rolling can become a greater priority than other tasks. is means day-to-day admin slides, things don’t get sorted or led, and, generally, the o ce ends up increasingly disorganised. Getting on top of such a situation can be too much to face, but not doing so can only have a detrimental a ect on your business. So, what’s the answer? Colette’s Admin Services o ers all types of o ce administration for business, and the best part is that you can use Colette for as little or as much as you need. Where a full-time or even part-time employee may be impractical, using Colette’s Admin Services for only what you need is the cost e cient and practical answer. Colette o ers secretarial and P.A. services, data inputting into databases (both bespoke and o -the- shelf), policy writing, sorting and ling paperwork, creating forms, organising offices, attending meetings (and minutes of meetings) and typing correspondence. Colette’s experience in the care sector also means she can assist companies in both gaining their CQC registration and assisting in getting set up. As an example, a company was relocating and needed their o ces prepared for personnel to move into. Just eleven large boxes of paperwork and three new empty ling cabinets were all that were in there. Colette successfully had everything sorted, led and labelled before the rest of the equipment and sta arrived three days later. Whatever the task, you can relax in the knowledge that it’s being taken care of, while you got on with what you need to do.
