At this poignant time, Oakhaven would like to invite the community to join them as they re ect on times spent with those we have lost. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, last year Oakhaven Hospice recorded its Light up a Life service, which was made available to watch online. This December their services will return to St omas’ Church in Lymington on Monday 13th December at 3pm and 6pm. New for this year, Oakhaven are delighted to be holding a service at St John’s Church in Hythe on Tuesday 14th December at 6pm. You do not have to have lost someone at the hospice to attend Oakhaven’s services of remembrance; Light up a Life is an opportunity for everyone in the community to come together to remember their loved ones, a time to share the experience with others who are also celebrating those no longer with us this Christmas. Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions in place, members of the congregation in both churches will be required to wear a mask. Also, if you are hoping to attend the service at St John’s Church in Hythe, there is a limit on the number Oakhaven can have in the congregation and guests will be seated on a rst- come- rst-serve basis. e hospice is sorry they won’t be able to accommodate everyone, but they hope to be able to next year.
