Nowadays libraries have become a hub of knowledge, with a full range of resources, activities, groups and events to complement the diverse selection of ction and non- ction, audio and e-books along with computers and printers for public use. Kicking o 2022, Hampshire ‘Learning in Libraries’ are o ering learning courses, both on-line and face-to-face for everyone who is 19 years and over, and with no upper age limit the opportunities are endless. From art, photography and sewing, through to i-pad user training, garden planning and emergency rst aid, there really is something for everyone. Many of the courses are completely FREE, and where there is a charge, costs are deliberately kept as low as possible. Why not make 2022 your year to learn a new skill, a new language or polish up on those much needed I.T skills? Or perhaps you want to get out more and meet other like-minded people whilst enjoying a new hobby or cra – whatever you fancy you will be amazed at what’s on o er at your local library.
