He will host the evening and talk through his adventures with cheese and give you information on all the cheeses you taste on the night. ey will provide accompaniments to nibble on throughout the evening and there will be additional cheese available to purchase to either top up your table, or to take away and enjoy. ey will also have a small selection of each of the pairing drinks available to purchase as well. e evening will include the talk from Jonathan Broom eld, 5 cheese & alcohol pairings for one (including accompaniments and freshly baked bread). Tuition is given by experienced volunteer tutors who are only too happy to help. ey meet in St John’s Hall, Hythe every Monday afternoon from 1.30pm to 3.30pm at a cost of just £3. ere is no need to book, just drop in and you will be made very welcome. ey follow Government guidelines so require you to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and wear a mask.
