Two Slimming World members lost 3 stone each, transforming their lives and inspiring them to become Slimming World consultants themselves. A er a disastrous ski holiday where Tracy was stretchered o the mountain, she decided if she didn’t lose weight she wouldn’t have a life to live. Tracy weighed just over 15 stone and was a size 22. Tracy says: “Slimming World has literally changed my life. I’ve lost 3 stone and I am now a size 16. I haven’t reached my target weight yet, but I am well on my way” Bex struggled to lose weight and had tried every ‘diet’ and fad out there. A er her third child Bex decided enough was enough and joined Slimming World. Bex explains: “I lost weight nearly every week while continuing to eat the food I loved and I was never hungry! When I achieved my target weight loss of 3 stone I was thrilled. Friday 8th April and Wednesday 20th April both from 2pm until 4pm In an Introduction to Aromatherapy explore the bene ts of Aromatherapy and essential oils which have been used for thousands of years. Spend some time smelling di erent essential oils and learn about their potential health bene ts and have the opportunity to make an Aromatherapy product to use at home. Workshop takes place on: Friday 29th April from 10am until 12noon A 2-hour Massage workshop to learn the bene ts of massage and learn to safely give yourself or others a simple hand massage, to help you or others feel rejuvenated.
