However they are still here and as things are changing they are looking forward to the opportunities to perform once again. To this end they are hoping to arrange a Marchwood Prelude concert in July at Sunnyfields Farm, an open air venue but covered to protect from possible showers or hot sun! ey are also looking for Marchwood Sinfonia to perform a concert in the Village Hall in June. Further details of any of their events will be announced later, to see you! So if you have a musical instrument - violin, ute, trumpet etc - and feel you might like to begin to play again now that things appear to be getting back to normal, maybe it’s time to dust it o and put it into action once more! For those of you who are not familiar with their orchestras: Marchwood Prelude, currently an orchestra of about 35-40 players, who play special arrangements of popular and hopefully familiar music, including selections from lms and musicals and occasionally some well-known light classical items and Marchwood Sinfonia which is a smaller chamber orchestra who will play a repertoire of familiar (they hope) pieces from the classical Do you like Patchwork and Quilting and would like to join a group? Waterside Quilters are a friendly group of patchworkers who meet on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month from 10am until 12.30pm at St Andrew’s Church, Dibden Purlieu. At the meetings they hand sew their own projects and have an optional monthly set project. Co ee and a chat about ideas are also part of the morning. ey welcome new members who enjoy patchwork and are also happy to help beginners. Waterside Quilters TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 (as amended) NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF A NON-IMMEDIATE DIRECTION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 4(1) IN RESPECT OF ALL LAND WITHIN THE NEW FOREST NATIONAL PARK TAKE NOTICE that the above mentioned Direction, made pursuant to Article 4(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended, the Order ), was confirmed by the New Forest National Park Authority (the Authority ), being the appropriate local planning authority, on 8 April 2022 . THE DIRECTION will come into effect on 30 September 2022 . THE EFFECT of the Direction is to withdraw permitted development rights within Classes B and BA of Part 4 of Schedule 2 of the Order across the whole of the New Forest National Park in respect of any development of land consisting of use of that land as a temporary campsite unless both of the following apply: • The number of pitches at the temporary campsite numbers 50 or fewer; and • The land was first used as a temporary campsite before 1 March 2020. Once the Direction comes into effect, any development of land consisting of the use of that land as a temporary campsite as described above will not be permitted unless express planning permission is granted by the Authority. The Authority consulted on the Direction between 27 September 2021 and 7 November 2021 and considered the representations made during this period. The Direction and accompanying Plan have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of the New Forest National Park Authority, Town Hall, Avenue Road, Lymington, Hampshire, SO41 9ZG, between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
