It has no beginning and no end. e majority of a person’s thoughts are automatic and arise from the unconscious mind. We do not consciously choose most of our thoughts. e thoughts we actually ‘think’ are the ones we focus on, the ones that catch our attention, which o en come with a strong feeling attached to them. ese are the types of thoughts that we act on, and they are o en a repetitive pattern of activity that deliver similar results and leave a person with a recognisable life and predictable future. e rst thing to recognise is, you are running your life 95% of the time with the unconscious mind and programmes, the conscious mind being you, your wishes and desires work only 5% of the time. With this in mind if we are on auto pilot 95% of the time; is it not then important to understand what thoughts are slipping into our minds and ultimately are projecting into our world and preventing us from creating what we truly desire in life? e thoughts that you think are the electrical charge in the quantum eld and feelings that you emote are the magnetic charge. How you think and how you feel broadcasts an electromagnetic signature that in uences every single atom in your life. e thoughts send the signal out and the feeling draws the event back. So, if you’re walking around your life feeling sorry for yourself and feeling like a victim, you are broadcasting that signature into the eld and you will create more experiences to su er. When you give up your guilt, shame and unworthiness, holding onto the past and instead learn how to create coherent waves into your brain and heart, this is when you start to produce the miraculous and you start manifesting the life, desires and the dreams you want! It takes practice and learning and deprogramming, but the investment into ourselves to create the life we desire is worth it right?
