Toby grew up near Lymington and started playing the violin aged just 4 and is uniquely a 4th generation student of the legendary Russian Pedagogue, Leopold Auer. Toby performs under the alias TCV Virtuoso, many of his performances can be found on social media including Classical, Pop and Grime genres. TCV Virtuoso Debut Recitals will feature works by Fritz Kriesler, Jules Massenet, Pytor Tchaikovsky and Edouard Lalo with Helen Woodgates playing the piano accompaniments. e rst performance will be on Sunday 4th September at 3.30pm, at St Andrew’s Church in Dibden Purlieu (SO45 4PT), tickets will be £5 cash on entry to the recital. e second performance is taking place a few days later on Wednesday 7th September, 7.30pm at Hangar Farm Arts Centre in Totton (SO40 8FT) tickets for this recital are available from: www.minsteadtrust.org.uk/ hanger-farm e recital programmes have been kindly sponsored by Expert Domestics and urston both based in Holbury. e proceeds from collections at the end of each performance will go to e Rose Road Association in memory of Harvey Cutt. e Rose Road Association provides a range of services for young disabled people aged 0-25, their parents, families and carers. Harvey and his family had received care and support from Rose Road over a period of 10 years before Harvey sadly passed away peacefully aged just 17. It is hoped that the money raised will go towards the creation of a new cinema room at the Rose Road Centre. Tony arranged for three bands to take part (Clarinet Marmalade, Swingworld Big Band and Sun ower), all of whom gave their time free to help raise funds for Rotary Ukraine, who use the worldwide Rotary network to ensure 100% of all money raised is used to support those caught up in the con ict. Exbury Club gave their venue free of charge to enable over 100 people to attend a fantastic musical a ernoon, bringing along their chairs and picnics to sit in the sunshine and enjoy the music. Ticket sales and a tombola raised a total of £1,953 which Hythe & Waterside Rotary will make up to a donation of £2,000 for Rotary Ukraine.
