As part of the organisations preventive work and so many dogs being given up due to behavioural problems through lack of training and understanding, the charity wanted to make expert help and advice a ordable and accessible for all dog owners. “Not all dogs can tolerate group dog training or even a stranger coming into their home, particularly nervous, fearful dogs. This is exactly the dogs that need our help the most. Many dog owners cannot afford expensive training classes or 1:1 work with a canine expert these days either; therefore The Dog Rescuers Training Centre was so important. To have the support of Harry Redknapp through the years has meant so much to us, he was delighted to back The Dogs Rescuers Training Centre and immediately sent a video to us supporting our work which you can view on the training website.” Jo Brewer, Founder. e charity has welcomed many wonderful comments from its students too receiving countless ve-star reviews. “We have just done another online course Recall: The Invisible Lead and it is full of sound advice, tips and recommendations enabling you to have the best recall you can from your dog.
