Tanith Riches, Senior Carer has been recognised for her outstanding care, compassion and work ethic, Cathy Kennealy their resident ambassador has been recognised for everything she does to help other residents enjoy the activities that Lloyd organises, Mike Martin their Head of Maintenance for his willingness to do anything to help residents, his ability to keep the home well maintained and safe and nally Dayle Morgan their gardener, in the short time Dayle has been with them he has transformed the grounds giving the residents a much nicer view, listening to residents to ensure that the gardens have more of the plants that residents want to see and generally improving the whole look of our grounds. The prestigious Barchester Care Awards aim to promote and recognise high standards in quality of care and life experience for residents and their families.
