We are programmed to recognise the need to avoid pain, and the want to achieve pleasure. And understanding the importance of those two words is the key to achieving change. When you need to quit something, it is associated with the pain, or misery of going without the feelings a habit promises to provide. e easiest way to break free is to really want to change how you think about the habit, and hypnotherapy can help you do exactly that. Please contact: alan@alanjoneshypnotherapy.com or call 07786 376980 for information and an appointment.
