School, college, and university students will already know that time is running out and revision strategies now need extra planning. Yet it is not only academic exams that can create anxiety and panic. Many learner drivers dread test day, and most people worry about job interviews. Much of the anxiety is caused by the thought that the examiners and interviewers are trying to uncover what you don’t know, rather than providing opportunities to demonstrate your knowledge. However, for some people exam situations create so much anxiety that they forget all the things they do know. Hypnotherapy teaches special relaxation techniques that can help you control anxiety, remain calm, and feel con dent at testing times.
