For more information or to arrange a viewing please contact Pearsons Estate Agents on: 023 8084 4131, email: hythe@ pearsons.com or visit: www.pearsons.com is a service charge of £287.50 due every 6 months and a FAWLEY RFC JUNIORS Fawley RFC Juniors have been enjoying a fantastic season of rugby.  e junior section has grown from strength to strength with numbers growing and enthusiasm to match! ey have seen fantastic wins from the teams recently, notably the U15s who were the Hampshire RFU Vase Winners on 26th March - more on this in the next edition. e U16’s team have recently enjoyed hosting local rivals Totton (pictured) who visited the Gang Warily ground on 19th March for a friendly. Fawley were the victors on this occasion with a comfortable 45-12 win over their friends from the other end of the Waterside. e 16s continued their run of success with a win over Alton in the Hampshire RFU bowl play o the week a er. All Fawley Junior teams enjoy hosting and visiting other teams in Hampshire and beyond for friendlies and competitive matches. e girl’s team, the ‘Fawley Flames’ have particularly grown in numbers this season which is incredible to see.  e Colts team (post the Junior Section but before joining the Senior Team) is looking to expand for the 2023/24 season and has also enjoyed playing matches across the region. Even their youngest players in the Under 6’s (from school year R) have had their share of competition as well as having lots of fun training at the pitches at Gang Warily. Each Sunday morning training session starts from 9.30am for the younger teams, with the older age groups joining later in the morning.  e older Junior section and Colts also have additional training on Wednesday evenings with dedicated teams of trained coaches and are always backed up by trained rst aiders. As they enter the last weeks of the season, nishing in the rst week of May, all teams are looking forward to the opening of their new, purpose built Club House which will be fully functional for the new season starting in September.  e building is looking fantastic so far, thanks to all their brilliant supporters and local tradesmen. ey look forward to telling readers about the o cial opening details soon!
