A few hours a month are all it takes to help others less fortunate in the community. Hythe Armed Forces & Veterans Breakfast Club takes place on the second Saturday of every month at Hythe & District Social Club, Pylewell Road, Hythe. Go along on Saturday 11th May to enjoy the social interaction and banter with fellow veterans which will help improve your mental health and is good for PTSD.
