Additionally, speak from the heart so that you can learn from each other; then any of these wonderful communities will embrace you like family. I am Mark Darcy, and I am the one who founded these community groups. Why? Helping others and love and kindness even outside of the events. For more information visit: www.meetup.com/new-forestwellbeing-group e youth well-being project focuses on young adults, between the ages of 18 and 25, who are experiencing mental health problems, which are becoming more prevalent at an alarming rate. is group includes individuals who su er in silence as well as those who address their problems with their doctors. Even before they begin their lives, they experience hopelessness! In addition to the free mental health courses I o er at Totton’s Hanger Farm, we do things like kayaking on the Beaulieu River, dipping in the sea, and going to the gym (very easy). People’s mental health has greatly improved, and I am proud of what they’ve accomplished. For more information visit: www. facebook.com/groups/1211318412825355 A recently launched project with Go Southampton is a wellbeing walk that is intended to demonstrate to people, rather than only talk about, some aspects of how we truly achieve better wellbeing. ey take place in the Southampton City Parks and last about 30 minutes during lunch. ese are expanding, and many others, including council leader Lorna Falkier, have been lending their support. For more information visit: www.gosouthampton.co.uk/events/ All the details are available via the links or the community section of my website. Please read the project’s whole purpose then by all means contact me with any queries or if you or anyone else would like to attend. I’d be happy to assist. Keep an eye out for some more heart warming projects that are being worked on, which will establish more communities and even a community interest company, visit: www. markdarcy.co.uk/ spreading love and kindness is my purpose in life, along with trying to make a di erence in the world and, ideally, the future. Wellbeing and health are the best investments you can make with your precious time to make it full of happiness and love, not wealth. To be genuinely happy, we need to experience inner peace, happiness, and love. I’ve tried, and I promise you that no other person or materialistic object can do this. All are welcome to join the New Forest Wellbeing Group, which strives to lessen loneliness and enhance mental health. is has been tremendously successful in improving people’s lives. Create a fantastic community that draws in like-minded individuals; encourage everyone to talk from the heart rather than their minds; and this is what can be achieved. We are creating a community/family in which each member leaves happier, has improved wellbeing, and has gained new knowledge and new friends. I’m so happy about how much people have done to continue spreading Mark Darcy Tai Chi for Fitness & Health Classes held at 9.30am on Mondays (apart from Bank Holidays) at Colbury Memorial Hall. is is a friendly group which o ers improved tness and health through the learned Tai Chi moves o ered by the Sensei from New Forest Martial Arts.
