STOP FEELING THE SHAME! by Alan Jones, Registered Hypnotherapist Most of us know right from wrong, you probably learned how to behave towards other people from an early age. You then set your standard of acceptable behaviour, but sometimes it is hard to live up to your expectations and easy to behave or react in a way that causes hurt to another person. And that is when those uncomfortable feelings of guilt begin to crawl through your mind. Guilt is the hardest emotion to deal with because it may include anger, embarrassment, shame, and remorse. Saying sorry is not enough to relieve these feelings and they can impact on your happiness, relationships, career, and even your health. Hypnotherapy can help you let go of the burden of guilt and teach you techniques to help you avoid repeating the same actions in similar situations in the future.
